A: Yes, children are welcome at the North Pole Experience, and we encourage families to attend and enjoy our interactive holiday light display. However, it is important to note that while all ages are invited, parents and guardians should closely supervise young children. Some parts of the display are delicate and can be easily broken. Ensuring that children stay with adults at all times will help maintain the integrity of the display and allow everyone to have a joyful and safe visit.
A: At the North Pole Experience, visitors can look forward to an immersive holiday light display that is much more than just a visual treat. Unlike typical drive-through displays, our event is designed as a walking tour, encouraging guests to fully engage with the festive atmosphere. During the tour, participants will navigate a beautifully decorated winter wonderland on foot, fully immersing themselves in the holiday spirit. One of the highlights of our experience is an interactive scavenger hunt that guides you through the various sections of the display, making it a fun and engaging activity for all ages. This hands-on, interactive approach ensures that every visit to the North Pole Experience is magical, memorable, and distinctly different from any other holiday light display.

A: Yes, the North Pole Experience is a dog-friendly event! We warmly welcome your four-legged family members to join in the holiday fun. However, please be aware that there will be many people and children in close proximity during the event. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, it is important that your dog is well-behaved and comfortable around people and other pets. We recommend keeping your dog on a leash at all times and bringing any necessary supplies, such as water and waste bags. With these precautions, your furry friend can also enjoy the magical atmosphere of our interactive holiday light display!
Please just ask yourself - while we are dog friendly, is your dog people friendly
A: Yes, strollers are allowed at the North Pole Experience! We understand that visiting with young children often requires bringing along a stroller, and we've ensured that there's plenty of room for you to comfortably wheel it around our interactive holiday light display. If at any point you prefer to temporarily store your stroller, many have chosen to set it at the end of our driveway. This way, you can fully enjoy the festive atmosphere without any hassle.
